How do I return my online order? We hope you love everything about your new iconicfitss items, but if they’re not quite right – not to worry.
You can return your unwanted items via post within 28 days of receipt for full price items or 15 days for Sale items, unused and in their original condition.
Online purchases will need to be returned via post for a refund, we are unable to accept these in our stores.
Via Post
We want to make your return as easy as possible, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:
Select the reason code for the item(s) you are returning. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can’t action a refund without it). Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible. Take your parcel to a post office and keep the receipt until your item is credited back to you.
Are there any items I can’t return?
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods, or consumable items.
How long do I have to return an item?

Can I send my packaging back with a return?
Yes of course, if you are sending back a return you can include any packaging from your original order and we will re-use or recycle it.
